Why Keepflow exists
Keepflow is a new, founder-led UK company. We help businesses automate customer enquiries, follow-ups and repetitive admin, so work keeps moving and people stay in control of the decisions that matter.
The founder
I’m Hamza. I started Keepflow to bring the discipline of enterprise workflow to smaller businesses.
I’ve built workflow automation for UK organisations on enterprise platforms, mainly ServiceNow: designing processes, writing the business rules behind them and connecting systems through APIs. That work covered service management, HR processes such as joiners, movers and leavers, and taking changes safely from development through testing into production.
Smaller businesses deal with the same problems on a smaller budget: enquiries that slip through, follow-ups that don’t happen, and hours lost to copying information between systems. Keepflow takes the same approach for them: understand the process first, use AI where it genuinely helps, keep clear rules everywhere else, and make sure a person stays in control of the decisions that matter.

How we work
Why “Keepflow”
Most of the value in automation is unglamorous: making sure work keeps flowing. Enquiries get answered, follow-ups go out, information lands in the right system, and nothing sits waiting on someone.
Workflow-first approach
We start with the process, not the technology. Who does what, in which system, and where does work wait? Automation comes after that's clear.
Enterprise software mindset
Requirements, business rules, testing, access control and production support are normal practice in enterprise workflow platforms. We bring the same discipline to smaller businesses.
Practical AI rather than AI hype
We use AI where it is genuinely good, understanding language and documents, and rely on clear rules everywhere else.
Human oversight
Judgement, sensitive decisions and unusual situations stay with people. The systems we build make that handoff easy, not optional.
Starting small
One workflow first. If it proves useful, we build on it. If not, you have spent little and learned a lot.
