AI that keeps work flowing.
Practical automation for enquiries, follow-ups and repetitive business processes — so work never sits waiting on someone, and you keep the systems you already use.
Where does work get stuck?
Most businesses don’t need more software. They need the work between their systems to keep flowing, instead of waiting on someone.
-
Missed enquiries
Customers call or message while your team is busy.
-
Slow follow-up
Good opportunities disappear because nobody responds quickly enough.
-
Repetitive admin
People spend hours copying, sorting and updating information.
-
Manual data entry
Information moves between email, spreadsheets and systems by hand.
-
Disconnected systems
Tools contain useful information but don't work together.
Who we help.
The same problems look different in every business. These are the three we focus on. Your tools aren’t the problem: the gaps between them are.
-
Accountancy firms
Stop chasing clients for records.
Records arrive late and in pieces, and with Making Tax Digital the chasing now comes round every quarter.

See how the workflow thinks.
Pick an example or type your own customer message. Watch the AI interpret it, the business rules control what happens, and people step in where judgement matters.

This demonstration runs entirely in your browser using fixed rules. Nothing you type is sent anywhere or stored.

- Service area: Burnley, Nelson, Colne, Padiham, Accrington, Blackburn and nearby (BB1 to BB12 postcodes)
- Services: boiler repair, boiler servicing, installation, heating and hot water faults
- Pricing comes only from the approved price guide, never improvised
- Safety words such as a gas smell, carbon monoxide, fumes or sparks stop automation and alert a person
- Complaints, unclear requests and out-of-area enquiries go to a person

How Keepflow works
Start with one problem. You don’t need to automate everything. Prove the value, then scale from there.
-
Discover
We understand the process, where work gets stuck and what success should look like.
-
Build
We design automation around the systems your business already uses.
-
Test
We test normal scenarios, edge cases, failures and human handoffs.
-
Manage
We monitor the workflow, improve it and expand only when it proves useful.
Built around workflow, not AI hype.
Keepflow is founder-led. Its founder, Hamza Hassan, comes from ServiceNow development and enterprise workflow: designing processes, connecting systems through APIs, writing business rules and supporting them in production.
That shapes how we build automation: requirements first, rules you can read, testing before launch, and a clear route for every exception.

Start small
Begin with one process or workflow.
Human when it matters
Keep judgement, sensitive decisions and unusual situations with people.
Control before autonomy
Automation should follow defined business rules rather than giving AI unrestricted control.
Work with existing systems
Integrate with the tools already in place whenever practical.
Prove, then scale
Measure whether the workflow works before expanding it.
Questions, answered
You're a new company. Why should we work with you?
You don't have to take our word for it. We start with one workflow, agree what success looks like before we build, and only expand once it has proven useful. The demo on our homepage shows how we think about AI, rules and people.
Will the AI make decisions on its own?
No. The AI interprets messages and documents. Business rules that you agree decide what happens next, and anything sensitive, unusual or high-stakes goes to a person.
Do we need to replace our current systems?
Usually not. We build around the tools you already use, such as your inbox, CRM, spreadsheets and calendar, and only suggest something new when it clearly helps.
What happens to our data?
We agree up front what data a workflow uses, where it's processed and who can access it, and keep it to what's necessary. Add your data protection details, for example your UK GDPR approach, data processing agreements and where data is hosted.
How do we start?
Tell us about one process where work gets stuck. We'll look at it with you and recommend a small first workflow with a clear scope and cost.
